Stirling is a native Georgian and recently moved to Alabama. Stirling received his RYT certification from Sparks Yoga in Macon, Ga. Stirling believes in what yoga does on and off the mat and enjoys sharing that passion with others. Stirling’s classes will be alignment based as well as linking breath to movement throughout the class. He loves music and loves to create a playlist specific to his class.
