Fell off the wagon extra hard. . .lol

Hi,

I used to do Bikram Yoga at the Yoga Circle a few years ago, and it really helped me a lot. My eating habits were well, I was energized, and kept a good posture; however, as school and work took a toll on me, I became less enthused to do Yoga, and I found myself in a deep depression.

I am at a point where I don't feel as healthy as I used to, and I want to get back to doing yoga. I bought Bikram's Beginning Yoga Book, but I did not want to start doing yoga without coming back to the circle to get the hang of the poses. I will admit, I feel that it may be intimidating to come back.

I want make yoga a part of my life again, and allow to be the force for my overall lifestyle change. I hope come in next week. I know a lot has changed, so I don't know what to expect when coming into the studio.

Anything I need to know? Oh, and how often do I need to do yoga?
